Yes. We regularly work in co-ops, condos, lofts and townhouses across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Everything is built in our shop in Little Falls, New Jersey, then delivered and installed by our own crew.

Yes. Boards usually ask for an alteration agreement, certificates of insurance, contractor approval and drawings. We provide the shop drawings, insurance certificates and contractor package they require, so the submission is complete the first time.

We coordinate with building management from the design phase. Freight elevator access, permitted work hours and approval requirements vary from building to building, so we scope them before we quote the installation.

American walnut, white oak, hard maple, bog oak, and painted MDF or maple, and we can work with customer-supplied or specialty veneers. Finishes include Rubio Monocoat hardwax oil, custom lacquers and hand-applied stains.
