Millwork installer

Full-time in Little Falls, NJ, with install days across New Jersey and New York City

What we offer

Plain terms and steady work. Pay and start date are agreed in writing before day one.

  • Hourly pay set by experience and skill, reviewed as you grow
  • Year-round work on high-end residential and commercial projects in New Jersey, New York City, Westchester and Connecticut
  • A well-equipped shop in Little Falls, NJ: CNC router, spray booth and a full machine room
  • A small team with a direct line to the owner, who still estimates, draws and builds
  • A planned schedule: installs and deliveries are booked ahead, not sprung on you

How we hire

Four steps. You will deal with the owner directly at each one.

  1. Send a few photos

Apply with photos of work you have built, finished or in progress. Phone photos are fine. A résumé or a link helps, but the photos tell us the most.

  2. Visit the shop

If it looks like a fit, come to Little Falls, meet the team and walk the floor. Bring questions; you will have plenty.

  3. Work a day at the bench

Spend a day building with us, so we both know how it feels before anyone commits.

  4. Agree on terms

Pay, start date and schedule, in writing, before day one.
