Website Use

The content on this website — including text, images, design, and blog posts — is the property of Epure Millwork Corporation and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission. The website is provided for informational purposes only.

Quote Requests and Consultations

Submitting a quote request form does not create a binding agreement or obligation on either party. Consultations are complimentary and do not constitute a contract for services. Work begins only upon execution of a signed proposal and receipt of a deposit.

Project Agreements

All fabrication and installation work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement will include:

Intellectual Property

Shop drawings, design concepts, and renderings produced by épure millwork remain our intellectual property until a project is fully paid. Custom designs produced for a specific client are not shared or reproduced for other clients.

Limitation of Liability

Epure Millwork Corporation is not liable for damages arising from the use of information on this website. All project-related liability is governed by the signed project agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Passaic County, New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
