Submitting a quote request form does not create a binding agreement or obligation on either party. Consultations are complimentary and do not constitute a contract for services. Work begins only upon execution of a signed proposal and receipt of a deposit.
All fabrication and installation work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement will include:
Shop drawings, design concepts, and renderings produced by épure millwork remain our intellectual property until a project is fully paid. Custom designs produced for a specific client are not shared or reproduced for other clients.
épure millwork LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of information on this website. All project-related liability is governed by the signed project agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Passaic County, New Jersey.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
